*Rental Fee: $200 for up to four hours.
* $150 for 6 golfers (3 hours) - each additional golfer to be charged at a rate of $25
* Maximum 8 golfers on simulator
* The earliest anyone can come into the facility on a Sunday is 1PM.
Rules
1. While we try to be accommodating, decorating or set-up the evening before the event is not possible.
2. No alcohol of any kind permitted.
3. No decorations or fasteners that will do any permanent damage to the facility. Any décor to be approved by staff.
4. If you do not know how to use something, please ask.
5. No animals are permitted, with the exception of service dogs.
6. Nothing is to be moved without authorization & needs to be put back in place before leaving.
7. Please leave the building as you found it.
8. Florist or baker entry times must be pre-approved by staff.
9. Paper products and tablecloths to be supplied by the renter.
10. The rental fee is due when the application is submitted.
Organizations or individuals using the facilities are responsible for any damage to the premises. No alcoholic beverages or smoking permitted on church property.
Reservation is not complete until the church session approves the request. Session meetings are the second tuesday of each month.
