Rev. Jason Elliott was ordained as a member of the Upper Ohio Valley Presbytery and installed as the Pastor of the First Westminster Presbyterian Church on February 14, 2010. Rev. Elliott has been actively involved in youth ministry, hospice chaplaincy, and community outreach in the Steubenville area for the past 10 years. 

Rev. Elliott is a 1999 graduate of the Franciscan University of Steubenville and a 2002 graduate of Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. Rev. Elliott is happily married to Sarah, a School Psychologist in the Steubenville City School System. They are blessed with three children: Christopher, Sophia and Joel.
